- Campaign information such as the ad or website that brought you here.
- The page you sent the form from and the time you sent it. Our customer relationship software may also record your IP address and browser type when it receives your enquiry.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To send you updates about the project you asked about.
- To understand which of our campaigns are useful, using campaign data rather than your contact details.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent. Our forms show a notice above the Send button explaining how we will contact you; you give consent by choosing to send the form. We record the exact notice wording, its version and the time you sent it.
Who we share it with
- Our own sales team.
- Service providers that store or process data for us, such as our hosting provider and our customer relationship software.
- The developer of a project, only if you ask us to share your details with them.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 12 months from our last contact with you, then delete it.
Your rights

We keep campaign information (such as which ad you clicked) in your browser for the current visit only. We never store your name, phone number or email address in your browser.
Security
When you submit the form, your details go directly from your browser to our customer relationship software over an encrypted connection. This website does not store them. Access to them is limited to named people in our team.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
